George M. Chalos to Speak at Shiparrested.com Seventh Members' Meeting in Antwerp
On June 3-5, 2010, the Shiparrested.com's Seventh Members' Meeting will take place in Antwerp, Belgium. This year's meeting will feature speakers from the U.S., Panama, South Africa, Poland, Brazil, Egypt, the United Kingdom, Peru, Japan, Gibraltar, Romania and Belgium and will consider hot ship arrest issues worldwide.
George M. Chalos will be a featured speaker at the conference, and will be presenting a speech on June 4 entitled: "The US Government's Program of Boarding and Detaining Ships in Connection with the Investigation (and Sometimes Criminal Prosecution) of Suspected Marpol Violations."
