Construction Law

The Firm represents general contractors, sureties and property owners in a variety of complex construction matters. The matters we handle include, but are not limited to, construction contract litigation, delay and defect claims, takeover and tender disputes, payment and performance claims, wrongful termination claims, bond and lien claims and construction cost overrun litigation. Additionally, we represent construction clients in defect, general liability, and personal injury claims arising out of construction projects.  We often work hand-in-hand with both individual and corporate clients in negotiating, drafting and updating contract documents, and regularly prepare contracts relating to commercial office buildings, industrial facilities, and custom residential projects.
