Chalos & Co P.C. – International Law Firm Featured in The Charterers Club's E-Bulletin – August 2010

An article prepared by George M. Chalos and Kerri M. D'Ambrosio of Chalos & Co, P.C. was featured in The Charterers P & I Club's E-Bulletin for August 2010, a monthly informational newsletter published and distributed worldwide by the Charterers P & I Club. 

The article, entitled "Rule B Update – SCI v. Jaldhi: Nine Months Later", discusses Rule B developments in the Southern District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in the nine (9) months following the Second Circuit's decision in The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. v. Jaldhi Overseas Pte. Ltd., which ended the Rule B attachment of electronic fund transfers (EFTs).
